Casella di testo: The main selection criteria are an above-average university bachelor degree (grade A to C) and documentation of proficiency in English. It will be required to add in the application a personal CV and a personal statement of motivation, as well as presentations from 2 referees. The latter additional information will be used to better define the profile of the applicant.  

Common Admission Criteria
A Bachelor of Science examination (or equivalent examination that totals at least 180 ECTS) in a Life Science study program (e.g. Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Biology) is required to enter the program.  
The applications will be evaluated by an Admission Panel formed by representatives of the three Universities, which will meet annually and consider the list of exams, the motivation essay, presentation letters from two professors from the students home University. Students from non-English-speaking countries are expected to read, write, comprehend and speak English to be admitted for graduate study. Satisfactory completion of the TOEFL  or IELTS certification is required. The Admission panel may also consider research papers, publications and other original work. The documented insufficient ability of a student to express him/herself in both spoken or written English can be a reason for exclusion from the Master Programme. The scholarships  will be attributed to the students on the basis of merit, considering also the geographical windows. Equal opportunity will be reserved to the Third Country and EU students as far as gender is concerned.  
General Admission and selection criteria for EU and third country students are the same. Each year, the application deadline for third country students eligible for scholarships is January 1st, while for EU students deadline is the 31st of May

Application forms and the documentation should be sent electronically to  the
 Consortium Administrative Centre 

Application procedure will start each year the 1st of November. Deadline for application is the 1st of January .

The number of applications by third country students is limited to a maximum of 3 Erasmus Mundus Masters Courses. In the case a student apply to more than three Courses, he/she will automatically be excluded from the selection for an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship.                      Extra-EU students are eligible for EM scholarship only if they have not spent more than 12 months in Europe in the last 5 years.
